Medical Interests
- Chronic Neuropathic Pain, such as pain from Post-Herpetic Neuralgia, painful neuropathies including Diabetic Neuropathy, and other peripheral and central neuropathic disorders.
Research Interests
- Translational research related to neuropathic pain, ranging from development and improvement of quantitative measurement to conceptual models. In addition, I'm actively involved with Clinical Trials associated with Neuropathic Pain Disorders and am also interested in investigation of pain mechanisms by means of laboratory human research.
Teaching Interests
- A broad range of topics related to pain, from mechanisms to management.
